Caregiver – Yolanda’s Blessings
Location: Various locations across Minnesota
Job Type: On-Call / Part-Time / Full-Time

We’re seeking dependable, compassionate caregivers who believe in helping others reach their full potential.
What You’ll Do:
- Support clients with daily living tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and meal preparation.
- Assist clients with reading and responding to mail, completing forms, and managing household tasks.
- Safely transport clients to and from appointments, social events, and community activities.
- Encourage independence, participation, and social interaction in every aspect of care.
- Provide companionship, emotional support, and encouragement.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care, medications (if applicable), and observations.
- Report any changes in client health, mood, or behavior promptly to your supervisor.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized living environment.
- Follow all emergency procedures and respond calmly to client needs.
Transportation Requirement:
Caregivers must have a valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance. Transportation is essential for taking clients to appointments, community events, and outings.
What You Bring:
- A genuine passion for helping others
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED
- Dependable and compassionate nature
- Ability to pass a DHS background study and fingerprinting process
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to assist with lifting, mobility, or transfers as needed
Preferred (Not Required):
- Previous caregiving experience (group home, PCA, home health, or DSP role)
- CPR/First Aid certification
- 245D training (we offer assistance with this training)
